<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-permeable panel used for a system toilet for an animal, which can avoid the risk of dung dropping and the complexity of a work on the treatment of the dungs, when used for the system toilet for the animal. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid-permeable panel 3 to be put on a portion on which an animal directly steps in the system toilet 1 for the animal is characterized in that 15 degree bending strength defined as 0.2 to 10 N.
