摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose a technology for obtaining optimal transmission efficiency by estimating a fluctuating impedance due to a relative positional relationship between a power transmission antenna and a power reception antenna by measurement of a voltage standing wave ratio and by converting the estimated impedance into a predetermined impedance. <P>SOLUTION: A system for transmitting power in a non-contact state to an apparatus such as a vehicle, which uses electric energy as a power source, includes a power reception side antenna mounted on the apparatus for receiving power and a power transmission side antenna for transmitting power to the power reception side antenna, and transmits the power in a non-contact state to the device that uses an electric energy as the power source. A transmission-line impedance transmitting AC power is matched by adjusting an impedance of a matching circuit mounted on the transmission-line based on a reflective characteristic of the transmission-line detected by a detection circuit.
