<p>A method, a system and a device for realizing a short message service, and a statistical method for success rate of a short message service are disclosed in the present solution. The method for realizing a short message service includes: when the link of a main short message center is normal while the success rate of the short message service is lower than a set threshold, a short message center switching device uses a standby short message center to realize the short message service. The present solution detects whether faults occur at the short message center through detecting the success rate of the short message sent by the short message center, and effectively and timely switches the service of sending short message to the standby short message center when faults occur at the main short message center, so the success rate of sending short message is ensured, and the loss of the short message caused by jam or paralysis of the short message center is prevented.</p> |
