INEXTENSIBLE HEADGEAR AND CPAP OR VENTILATOR MASK WITH THEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headgear that provides a secure fitting property of a mask without compromising patient comfort and/or airtightness between a cushion and the patient.

SOLUTION: One ventilator or one headgear 600 for one artificial respiratory mask 800 of a CPAP device is provided. The headgear includes a strap portion 602 formed of a substantially inextensible material. The strap portion has formed on one end thereof a connecting structure configured to a mask of the ventilator or CPAP device. One advantage is that the mask will not or will be hardly inclined to lift off the face as mask pressure is increased.
