<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information measuring apparatus eliminating a delay of time by correcting the time of a control means when the start and stop of a measuring operation are performed even if pressing a start/stop switch repeatedly. <P>SOLUTION: A sphygmomanometer serving as the biological information measuring apparatus includes an arm band section having a fixed peripheral length and mounted to the upper arm of a subject; a pressurizing means for pressurizing the inside of the arm band section; pressure reducing means 111, 112 reducing pressure in the arm band section; a control means 120 having a crystal oscillation type clock generating section 171; a pressure sensor for detecting pressure in the arm band section; the start/stop switch 88 supplying signals to the control means 120 to start and stop a blood pressure measuring operation; and a display section for displaying measured blood pressure values. Another clock generating section 172 for correction is provided for correcting the time of the control means 120 when the blood pressure measuring operation is started and stopped by pressing the start/stop switch 88. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
