<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable heating and maintaining of a brazing part at a uniform and proper temperature, while facilitating to reduce brazing time by making use of electromagnetic induction unit such as a high frequency induction heating device. <P>SOLUTION: A heating element ring 12 that encloses a brazing part W1 is heated by an induction coil. Thus the brazing part W1 is heated by radiant heat radiated by the heating element ring 12 so that temperature in the brazing part W1 can be raised uniformly in comparison with the case of direct heating to the brazing part W1 by induction current generated in the brazing part W1. Therefore, heating and maintaining of the brazing part W1 at a uniform and proper temperature becomes possible, while achieving a reduction of brazing time by making use of the induction coil 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
