摘要 PURPOSE: A differential amplifier circuit and a series regulator are provided to improve a transient response property by changing a current flowing in a constant current source according to a load variation. CONSTITUTION: A CMOS differential amplification circuit is comprised of a differential input terminal(11) and an output terminal(12). The differential input terminal includes a pair of differential MOS transistors(Mp1,Mp2) whose sources are commonly connected, an active load MOS transistor(Mn1,Mn2) connected to a drain, and a constant current MOS transistor(Mp0). The load MOS transistor is comprised of a current mirror circuit. The output terminal includes a constant current MOS transistor(Mp3) which is commonly gate-connected to the constant current MOS transistor for the differential input terminal and a MOS transistor(Mn3) which is serially connected to the constant current MOS transistor between a power voltage point and a ground point.
