<p>The device (15) has knitting tools (11) and a retaining body that includes a set of windings made up of a wire-like material (23) that includes a circular cross section. The windings are arranged at distance that is smaller than the thickness of the knitting tools in a relaxed state. The windings are formed with different shapes selected from circular shape, non-circular shape, helix shape and triangular shape. Thickness of the wire-like material matches with a separation part (A) of the knitting tools, and the windings define a longitudinal channel (25).
