PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a frost removing unit is provided to enhance frost removing efficiency by uniformly transferring heat to a wide area by forming a surface-type heat source using a transparent conductive layer. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a frost removing unit is as follows. A first transparent substrate(100) is placed on a first curved mold(10). The first transparent substrate is heated and is changed to a curved shape. A transparent conduction layer(200) is formed on the first transparent substrate.
