<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of measuring the exposure dosage of ionizing radiation capable of directly measuring influence of exposure of ionizing radiation on a living body without previously preparing a measuring device. <P>SOLUTION: A method of measuring the exposure dose of ionizing radiation comprises: (a) extracting proteins from a tissue or blood collected from a living body; and (b) measuring the expression amount of at least one of 1 type and 3 type caspase decomposition products of LyGDI protein contained in the extracted proteins. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
