PURPOSE: The synchronizer of a manual transmission is provided to prevent oil to remain on a friction surface by discharging the oil through oil discharge holes when executing a synchronization operation by the friction of a synchronizer ring and a corn part. CONSTITUTION: The synchronizer of a manual transmission comprises an herb(220), a sleeve(230), a key(240), a clutch gear(250), and a synchronizer ring(260). The herb is combined in the spline(210) of a principal axis(200). The sleeve is combined to be possible to move from the outer circumference of the herb to an axial direction. The key is located between the herb and the sleeve and mutually fixes the herb and the sleeve. The clutch gear is integrally combined with a speed gear(S) which is combined with the principal axis. The clutch gear comprises a corn part(255) which synchronizes the speed of rotation of the speed gear and the sleeve. The synchronizer ring is located in the outer side of the corn part and is synchronized by friction contact with the corn part when changing a speed.
