The impeller (1) has a cup-shaped outer wall (2) arranged coaxial to an impeller axis. A front side part (3) is closed, and another front side part (4) is opened by the outer wall for forming a suction port. Two passage openings are arranged in the outer wall. The openings are covered by a discharge duct (8), which includes a curved duct outer wall (9). The duct outer wall forms a discharge opening (12) together with side walls (10) at an end of the duct outer wall. The side walls expand in an escape direction. Inclined supply ducts and/or grooves are arranged in the port.
