PURPOSE: A portable terminal monitoring apparatus, method, network apparatus of mobile communication network, and trouble sensing server of portable terminal are provided to enable a user to rapidly cope with troubles by previously sensing signs of the troubles. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication network(110) stores normal state information of a mobile communication terminal from a message which is provided when the mobile communication terminal is normally operated. The mobile communication network compares current state information with normal state information in the mobile communication terminal. When the unusual operation state of the mobile communication terminal is determined, the mobile communication network provides the current state information. A trouble sensing server(120) receives the current state information. The trouble sensing server senses the trouble of the mobile communication terminal.
