The wig has a hat or internal support in which natural or artificial hairs are implanted and formed by assembling fine meshed lightweight fabric pieces (2, 3). Adjacent edges of the lightweight fabric pieces are assembled by a flexible material and transparent or translucent thin strip (6) covering and overlapping the edges by forming a flat assembly area (7). An outer surface of the flexible material and transparent or translucent thin strip includes a film or non-skid coating. The strip is formed of polysiloxane. An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating a wig. |
