A process for the production of strong grape beverage comprises distillation with fractionation of alcohol-containing raw material, yeast deposits and substandard grapes, its dilution with water, blending diluted distillate with sugar syrup and aromatic additive, fining and ageing the blend, filtering and bottling. For the production of alcohol-containing raw material the press fraction of mash, dreg deposits, stem mash and the grapes of table varieties are also used. Dried apricot fruit tincture without stones is used as an aromatic additive prepared on the base of nondiluted distillate, and low-alcoholic liquid is added to the blend. |
