摘要

A method for treatment of Meckel's diverticulum in children by dissecting around the diverticulum of serous-muscular submucosal layer to mucosa consists in the first stage of operative intervention without opening of intestinal lumen. The mobilization of serous-muscular submucosal layer toward iliac bowel is made, and erasion of Meckel’s diverticulum is performed within the boundaries of healthy tissues, and iliac bowel defect is sutured with knot one-row inverted sutures.
