PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger in which a thermal expansion or contraction of a core which may occur at a temporary connection of the exchanger is absorbed and which has the core of a high dimensional accuracy. SOLUTION: A first bent plate 12 is formed at the end of the side plate 10 of the heat exchanger 1 via a first bent part 11 bent to the inner surface side. Further, a second bent plate 14 is formed at the tip end of the first bent plate 12 via a second bent part 13 bent in an opposite direction to the bending direction of the first bent part 11. An inserting tongue piece 15 is overhung and formed at the tip end of the second bent plate 14. The second bent plate 14 is jointed with a header 2 in a state where the tongue piece 15 is inserted into the inserting hole 9 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the header 2. |
