PURPOSE: A portable electronic apparatus is provided to prevent some confusion about discordance between an output image and a reception image by matching the output image with the reception image. CONSTITUTION: A camera apparatus(250) is arranged at the one side of a display unit. An image transmission unit transmits an image inputted by the camera apparatus. In case the rotation angle of an apparatus body unit sensed by a body attitude sensing unit is higher than standard values, a display screen control unit outputs the image by controlling the direction of the apparatus body unit. In case the rotation angle of the apparatus body unit sensed by the body attitude sensing unit is higher than standard values, a transmission image conversion unit changes the image inputted by the camera apparatus.
