A device and method for dispensing an adhesive wherein a housing includes a proximal portion and distal portion, an opening is defined in the distal portion of the housing, and a housing lumen is defined within the housing an d extends through the opening. The device may also include a syringe includi ng a body defining a syringe lumen and a delivery tip, wherein at least a po rtion of the body is positionable within the housing lumen. Furthermore, a s crew including a proximal end and a distal end and a plunger are positionabl e within the syringe lumen.
