PURPOSE: A disc, a manufacturing method thereof, and a power transmission apparatus which includes the disc are provided to increase the strength of magnetic force by increasing magnetic flux through eddy current reduction, thereby improving power control accuracy. CONSTITUTION: A disc includes slots(H1,H2). The slot controls the flow of magnetic flux generated by applying power. The slot is arranged into a radial shape with the rotation center axis of partition plates(204a,204b,204c) as a center. The slot is comprised of slot rows located in different distance from the rotation center axis. The formation location of the slot in the partition plate is equal to the formation location of the slot in the neighboring partition plate. The disc is arranged by laminating the partition plates in which the disc is partitioned into a plurality of pieces.
