FIELD: gas and oil production. ^ SUBSTANCE: screened pipe consists of concentric arranged external and intermediate pipes and adapter. External and internal pipes are connected in the top part by tangential pipe bends. Internal and intermediate pipes are also connected in the bottom part by tangential pipe bends of opposite orientation. Annular gap between intermediate and internal pipe in the top part and top and bottom parts of internal pipe feature plugs. External pipe features elastic rings in the top part and plug in the bottom part. Intermediate part features internal screening element in the form of a set of elastic mesh elements positioned regularly in the intermediate pipe and attached by central parts to an axis fixated by three spikes. Spikes are positioned in horizontal plane at 120 to each other and intermediate pipe. Peripheral part of elastic mesh elements is not connected to inner surface of intermediate pipe but features a gap allowing elastic mesh elements to bend under weight of sand collected on their surface and to drop it down. Elastic mesh elements can be made in the form of discs, cones, tapered cones, rotation bodies with side surface described by a second order equation. ^ EFFECT: prolonged screen operation due to screening mesh choking prevention. ^ 1 dwg |
