FIELD: electricity. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes spinning of electroconductive solution of organic and non-organic polymers and predecessor of organic polymer in presence of electric field between tip and earthing source till composite fiver is received. At that organic and non-organic phases of composite fibres are mixed and react with each other with production of -Si-O-M- links, where M is selected from the group consisting of Si, Ti, Al and Zr.
