PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for peel off type pack containing PPG-chitosan and alginate is provided to shorten drying time and to enhance tensile strength. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for peel off type pack contains 8-22 weight% of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.1-10 weight% of PPG-chitosan, and 0.01-5 weight% of alginate. The average molecular weight and saponification ratio of polyvinyl alcohol is 55,000-120,000 and 85-89.0 mole%. The PPG-chitosan is denoted by chemical formula 1, wherein the Rc is chitosan. The composition additionally contains aqueous ingredients such as purified water and additives of chelating agent, pigment, perfume, and antiseptic. |
