FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. A device comprises a first elongated portion, a second portion telescopically movable with respect to the first portion, first body communications provided on a first end of the first portion, second body communications provided on a first end of the second portion, a rod supplied with at least one thread, and a rod rotation control unit and communications of the first elongated portion, the second portion, the rod and the rod rotation control unit. Rod rotation initiates motion of the second portion with respect to the first portion. The rod is mounted between two ends which come close to each other with device elongation, between the second end of the first portion opposite to the first end of the first portion, and the second end of the second portion opposite to the first end of the second portion. ^ EFFECT: invention ensures preventing elongation stroke limitation in rod height at which it can resist a bending load and moment reduction required to rotate the rod. ^ 7 cl, 3 dwg |
