FIELD: instrument making. ^ SUBSTANCE: pressure gauge made as a coaxial microwave resonator, comprises a cylindrical body, a rod, two parallel flat discs, a cover with a membrane that perceives the measured pressure, a bottom and two coupling loops. The gauge rod is made as composite, one part of which, representing a single structure with a bottom, has an inner micrometric thread and is fixed, and the other part of the rod with the flat disc at one end and the external thread at the other end is screwed into the fixed part, besides, coupling loops are connected to the fixed part of the rod, and lengths of rod threaded parts are selected with the possibility to adjust the gap between flat parallel discs from zero to value that makes one third of the cover membrane diameter. ^ EFFECT: higher reliability of the pressure gauge during its operation in extreme conditions, when pressure may exceed the permissible value tens of times and more. ^ 1 dwg |
