PURPOSE: A PSC beam manufacturing method and a bridge construction method using the tensioning gear for tensile force introduction are provided to prevent that the compression force, which applies on the top of PSC beam, excesses the allowable compressive force. CONSTITUTION: A PSC beam manufacturing method is composed like next. The tension is introduced in a supporting beam(310) using the tendon for introducing tensile force(322). The lower part of the supporting beam of the tensioning gear for the tensile force introduction is buried on the top of a PSC beam(100). The PSC beam and the tensioning gear for the tensile force introduction are unitized. The pre-stress is introduced in the PSC beam, in which the supporting beam of the tensioning gear for the tensile force introduction is buried. |
