<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce packet loss in mobile communication and improve communication quality. <P>SOLUTION: A communication apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a packet management part which holds relay packets received, generates management packet information, extracts communication path information, extracts the packets from the held relay packets based on transmission destination information of the packets and packet information, and generates transmission packets; a terminal information gathering part which generates peripheral terminal information and terminal information based on other terminal information packets received; a leaving detection part which predicts the presence or absence of an occurrence of leaving by which a communication with a subsequent terminal indicated by the communication path information is disconnected based on the terminal information to generate leaving information; a transmission destination determination part which generates transmission destination information indicating a transmission destination of the held relay packets based on the leaving information and the peripheral terminal information or the communication path information; and a packet selection part which selects the packets to be transmitted to the determined transmission destination based on the leaving information and the management packet information to generate the packet information indicating the packets. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
