<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an in-vehicle device with excellent repairability, which is mounted to a vehicle by easy work, while suppressing generation of abnormal sound. <P>SOLUTION: A projection 33 is exposed when it is fit into a projection aperture 43. A tip of the projection 33 is elastically deformable in an opposite direction of a projection direction. When the projection 33 is fit in the projection aperture 43, since the projection 33 is exposed, a fitting state is released by elastically deforming the projection 33 by pressing to the opposite direction. Since the fitting state is easily released, by sliding a bracket 13 to the opposite direction of a mounting direction, the device is removed from a bracket 13 and a case.
