<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To instruct a specific mobile station UE to measure desired radio quality and to report the desired radio quality, when the specific mobile station UE moves to a cell in a specific area. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile communication method comprises: a step that a mobility management node MME transmits "Measurement Configuration #1" to a radio base station eNB #1 which manages a cell #1 for instructing the radio base station eNB #1 to measure desired radio quality and to report the desired radio quality, when the mobility management node MME detects that a mobile station UE moves to the cell #1 in a measuring target area; and a step that the radio base station eNB #1 transmits "RRC Connection Reconfiguration" including "Measurement Configuration #1" to the mobile station UE. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
