Provided is a disposable article for wearing, which, by comparatively simple manipulation, positions a front waist area downward in such a manner that the abdomen of a wearer is exposed, and can be firmly fitted to the body of the wearer in a hanging state. A fastening system for connecting the edge sections on both sides of front and rear waist areas (12, 13) is composed of: a first fastening element (17) disposed on the skin-facing surface of a pair of tape fastener tabs (15, 16) that extend from the edges on both sides (13a, 13b) of the rear waist area (13) to the outside in the direction of a horizontal axis (Q); and a second fastening element (18) positioned almost parallel to the first fastening element (17) on the non-skin-facing surface of the front waist area (12). A plurality of bent guiding sections (24, 25, 26), which extend in the direction of the horizontal axis (Q) in the front waist area (12) and a crotch area (14), are formed in an absorbent core (22) of a diaper main body (11).
