<p>408,495. Burners for soldering &c. USTONSON, C. B., Northways, Green Dragon Lane, Winchmore Hill, London, and ALDERSLEY, W., 33, Cornmarket Street, Oxford. Aug. 11, 1933, No. 22485. [Class 75 (i).] In a burner for soldering, &c., comprising two burner tubes A, B arranged to emit flames in approximately the same direction and with the orifice of the tube B in front of that of the tube A, the front tube B is constructed and arranged so that it screens its own orifice from the flame issuing from the rear tube A. For this purpose, the tube B has at its tip a knob or cap E, or may have a collar or flange just behind the orifice, or may be sufficiently thick-walled to effect the screening. The tubes A, B join at the rear, and are supplied with gas through the nipple C.</p> |
