COLPOSCOPY NETWORK SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR EVALUATION OF IMAGE QUALITY

The invention provides a colposcopy network system and a method for evaluation of the image quality. The colposcopy network system comprises a colposcopy workstation, a colposcopy central server and a colposcopy consultation workstation. The colposcopy workstation is configured to acquire an image and upload the acquired image to the colposcopy central server; the colposcopy consultation workstation obtains the acquired image and the evaluation criteria information from the colposcopy central server, and obtains the evaluation of the image quality input by a second user; the colposcopy central server obtains the option information input by the second user from the colposcopy consultation workstation, and generates feedback information related to the image quality, and displays the feedback information. According to the feedback information, a first user could determine whether he/she should re-acquire an image and improve the image acquisition operation in the future. In this manner, the expert may improve the quality of the image acquired using colposcopy by medical personnel of the primary level hospital without the expert having to be present in the primary level hospital.
