<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-side arc welding equipment which can perform welding without causing weld defect. <P>SOLUTION: The one-side arc welding equipment 100 includes backing members 21, 22 extending along a welding direction, magnetic attracting members 27-29 which are aligned in the longitudinal direction of the backing members 21, 22 on the sides of the backing members 21, 22 to magnetically attract steel plates 1, 2 to be welded which are located above the backing members 21, 22. A welding torch 4 to feed welding wire 5 while moving along a welding line 3 of the steel plates 1, 2 to be welded and a welding power source 6 to supply electric current to the welding wire 5 and generate arc between the welding wire 5 and the steel plates 1, 2 to be welded are also provided. While the welding power source 6 is installed at the welding start side of the welding line 3, each of the magnetic attracting members 27-29 is connected to a power source grounding terminal 6b of the welding power source 6 so that the grounding current returns to the welding power source 6 via a plurality of the magnetic attracting members 27-29 and the welding start side of rack frame 101 arranged from the welding start side of the welding line 3 to the welding end side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
