When the coolant leak detection means (13) detects a coolant leak, the ventilation control means (17c) and the airflow direction control means (17d) disperse coolant in a direction different from that of a heat source device (4) or an occupant (3) etc. detected by the temperature distribution detection means (12), and safety is thereby improved.</p>
