CONDITIONER COMPOSITION FOR HAIR

PURPOSE: A hair conditioner composition containing quarternium-80, dialkylester or dialkyl esther, and dimethylpolysiloxane is provided to ensure excellent hair conditioning effect. CONSTITUTION: A hair conditioner composition contains 0.01-10.0 wt% of quarternium-80 of chemical formula 1, 0.01-10.0 wt% of dilakyl ester of chemical formula 2(R_1(CO)OR_2) or formula 3(R_3O(CO)OR_4) or dialkyl ether of chemical formula 4(R_5OR_6), and 0.1-10.0 wt% of dimethylpolysiloxane. In chemical formula 1, R is an alkyl group and X is integer of 2-200. A hair cosmetic composition contains the hair conditioner composition.
