<p>PURPOSE: A film for inner-liner is provided to embody excellent airtighness with a thin thickness, thereby reducing the weight of tire and improving the gas mileage of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A film for inner-liner comprises an adhesive layer including and a substrate film with 30-300 micron thickness. The maximum load deflection rate(��) of the film for tire inner-liner and a substrate film, when elongation at room temperature, is 3-30%. The substrate film comprises 50-95wt% polyamide resin, and the copolymer or the mixture of a polyether resin. The adhesive contains 2-32wt% resorcinol, the condensate of formaldehyde, and 68-98wt% latex.</p> |
