<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optimum payment method capable of minimizing loss and gain by eliminating a fraction error in each currency which is determined for payment of a purchase price and various payment methods using a plurality of sorts of currencies. <P>SOLUTION: A handy terminal 100 includes: first calculation means for calculating a total purchase amount of commodities; first receiving means for receiving input of a currency to be preferentially used for payment out of the calculated total purchase amount and the payment amount based on the currency; determination means for determining whether or not the total purchase amount can be completely paid out by the payment amount based on the currency to be preferentially used for the payment; second receiving means which, when determined that the total purchase amount cannot be completely paid by the payment amount based on the currency to be preferentially used for the payment, receives input of a sort of a currency and a payment method for paying the payment balance; second calculation means for calculating payment patterns for satisfying the payment balance; and presentation means for displaying a plurality of payment patterns in which a difference from the total purchase amount is less out of the payment patterns for satisfying the payment balance to a presentation part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
