<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device configured to enable reduction in the number of components and assembling man-hours in the power transmission device including a stabilizer regulating movement of a winding transmission member. <P>SOLUTION: The stabilizer 6 has a guide part 11 in which string parts of winding transmission members 4 are relatively movably inserted and a supporting shaft part 12 provided integrally with the guide part 11 and rotatably supported by a casing 5. The stabilizer 6 is constituted of two components of a first half body 21 including a half body 11a of the guide part 11 formed by dividing the guide part 11 at a center in a shaft direction and a half body 12a of the supporting shaft part 12 formed by dividing the supporting shaft part 12 at the center in the shaft direction and a second half body 22 having the same shape as the first half body 21.
