PURPOSE: A liquid storing container, an apparatus for washing a water treating apparatus including the same, and a method for the same are provided to facilitate a washing operation with respect to the difficult part of the water treating apparatus by accelerating the discharging of liquid based on the gravity. CONSTITUTION: Liquid cases(201, 202) include a neck part(203) and an air ventilating part(204). A guiding part(210) includes a liquid sealing part(211) and an air sealing part(212) and is expanded to the longitudinal direction of the cases. If the liquid sealing part opens a neck part, the air sealing part aerates the inside and the outside of the liquid cases. An apparatus for washing a water treating apparatus includes a circulating unit and a circulating module. The circulating unit circulates washing water through the flow path of the apparatus. The circulating module is in connection with the circulating unit and circulates the washing water to the flow path and the circulating unit.
