PURPOSE: An emergency state information sharing method and access point performing the same are provided to enable a user to easily share emergency state information using an AP(Access Point). CONSTITUTION: An information collection unit(120) collects information of plural terminals connected to an AP. An emergency call determination unit(130) determines the existence of an emergency call in the AP. In case the received call is determined to the emergency call, a transmission unit(140) transmits information related to the emergency call to the terminals connected with the AP by referencing information collected by the information collection unit. An emergency call processing unit(150) establishes a port number and an IP(Internet Protocol) address in order to receive the emergency call from the AP.
