<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupon delivery device capable of delivering electronic coupons to passers-by around a shop, when the shop side desires to attract customers. <P>SOLUTION: When a shop 4a side desires to attract customers by delivering an electronic coupon, for example, in the case where only a small number of customers are in the shop 4a, a device 4 of the shop 4 side is used to transmit the electronic coupon to be delivered to users to an electronic coupon delivery device 2. Then, the electronic coupon delivery device 2 recognizes location information on a portable information terminal 3 carried by a user who is registered as a member in the electronic coupon delivery device 2 by using a GPS function included in the portable information terminal 3. The electronic coupon delivery device 2 performs processing of transmitting the electronic coupon received from the shop 4a to the portable information terminal 3, when the distance between the location of the shop 4a and the location information on the portable information terminal 3 meets a distance condition in which the location of the shop 4a is centered. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
