PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of fireproof binder for long E-glass fiber heat insulating materials is provided to improve strength with maintaining inherent thermal property as long glass fiber. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of fireproof binder for long E-glass fiber heat insulating materials comprises: a step of manufacturing preliminary stirred materials by putting silica and/or bentonite into water; a step of manufacturing thickening agent solution by mixing cellulosic aqueous powder with water; a step of manufacturing acrylic adhesive by putting potassium persulphate into water and then conducting polymerization; a step of manufacturing a binder by putting a cross linking agent, a silane coupling agent, the thickening solution and the acrylic adhesive into water; a step of manufacturing a fireproof solution by mixing a fireproof agent and water; and a step of manufacturing a fireproof binder by mixing the binder and the fireproof solution.
