<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture an oscillator device including an oscillator floated from a substrate using a wire. <P>SOLUTION: When manufacturing an oscillator device, an oscillator is placed on a convex pedestal provided in an assembly table. Next, an oscillator device frame member having an opening part surrounded with a frame is positioned in such a manner that the opening part comes to a position of the pedestal, and disposed on the assembly table. In the state where the oscillator device outer frame member is disposed on the assembly table, an electrode pad provided in the oscillator device outer frame member and an electrode provided in the oscillator are connected by a wire. After the wire connection, the oscillator device outer frame member is removed from the assembly table together with the oscillator. Finally, the oscillator device outer frame member to which the oscillator is connected is joined to a substrate, thereby manufacturing the oscillator device in which the oscillator is floated from the substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
