<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition containing carbon black recovered by the thermal decomposition of the rubber composition, and having excellent rubber characteristics, especially high fracture characteristics, compared with a conventional art. <P>SOLUTION: The rubber composition contains a rubber component, and the carbon black recovered by the thermal decomposition of the rubber composition with the content of a zinc compound of 13 mass% or less.
