Disclosed is a solid-state image capture element, comprising a plurality of pixels arrayed in rows and columns (R, Gr, Gb, B, ...); read-out signal lines (301, 302) that are connected to a plurality of pixels that are arrayed in the row direction; and output signal lines (303, 304) that are arrayed in the column direction. The read-out signal lines (301, 302) are divided into a first read-out signal line (301) that is connected to a group of pixels wherein R and B light enters; and a second read-out signal line (302) that is connected to a group of pixels wherein G light enters. Two pixels (R, B) that are respectively associated with two adjacent columns of the pixels connected to the first read-out signal line (301) are respectively positioned on opposite sides with respect to the first read-out signal line (301). Two pixels (Gr, Gb) that are respectively associated with two adjacent columns of the pixels (Gr, Gb, Gr, Gb, ...) that are connected to the second read-out signal line (302) are respectively positioned on opposite sides with respect to the second read-out signal line (302).
