<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal gear type oil pump for a vehicle capable of restraining a volume efficiency in a high-pressure delivery side from getting low, while preventing oil pressure inside a hydraulic chamber from increasing abruptly. <P>SOLUTION: This internal gear type oil pump for the vehicle includes the first oil evacuation oil passage 76 formed in a side face 60 of a pump chamber 58, to communicate the hydraulic chamber 54 with the first high-pressure delivery oil passage 68 each other, when the whole of the oil chamber 54 is positioned between the first high-pressure delivery oil passage 68 and the first low-pressure delivery oil passage 70, The oil pressure inside the hydraulic chamber 54 is thereby released to the first high-pressure delivery oil passage 68 through the first oil evacuation oil passage 76, when the oil chamber 54 passes through a space between the first high-pressure delivery oil passage 68 and the first low-pressure delivery oil passage 70, an oil pressure value inside the oil chamber 54 is maintained at a value same to an oil pressure value inside the first high-pressure delivery oil passage 68, and an oil is thereby restrained from flowing from the first high-pressure delivery oil passage 68 into the oil chamber 54, through a clearance between inside teeth 48 and outside teeth 42. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
