<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide useful and beneficial method and a device for correcting feeding errors of a moving body caused by the elongation of wire bodies of a feeding device. <P>SOLUTION: A wire body operating machine 131 and a guide member 171 are selected as pulling target elements. The pulling target element is arranged so as to be movable in the pulling direction of the wire bodies 161A, 161B, and connected to a pulling machine 181 for moving the pulling target element in the pulling direction of the wire bodies 161A, 161B. When the feeding device 111 is stopped or operated, the pulling target element is moved to the pulling direction of the wire bodies 161A, 161B via the pulling machine 181 to apply pulling loads to the wire bodies 161A, 161B, and the pulling target element is held so that the pulling target element applying the pulling loads to the wire bodies 161A, 161B is not returned to a direction opposite to the wire body pulling direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
