<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a loss of stability of a seeking operation in a disk after erasure by preventing, when erasure target data is partially overwritten to be recorded to erase the entire erasure target data in a pseudo manner in a write-once disk recording medium, concentration of parts overwritten to be erased if the erasure target data is over a plurality of tracks of the disk. <P>SOLUTION: Overwriting and recording are carried out by targeting certain section selected from erasure target sections in which erasure target data has been recorded not to overlap each other in the radial direction of the disk recording medium. Thus, when data is erased by overwriting and recording in the write-once disk recording medium, even if erasure target data is over a plurality of tracks of the disk, concentration parts overwritten to be erased is effectively prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
