<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic transistor having high mobility, a large current on/off ratio, and excellent in storage stability. <P>SOLUTION: The organic transistor has an organic semiconductor layer which contains at least two structural units represented by a formula (1)(in the formula, X<SB POS="POST">1</SB>and X<SB POS="POST">2</SB>each independently denote a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, straight-chain, branched or cyclic alkyl, straight-chain, branched or cyclic alkoxy, straight-chain, branched or cyclic alkoxyalkyl or substituted or unsubstituted aryl; at least two structural units are identical or different) in one group of repeating units, and at least one structural unit represented by a formula (2),-Ar-(2);(in the formula, Ar represents substituted or unsubstituted arylene, if structural units are more than two, structural units are identical or different), and at least one kind of oligomer or polymer having the repeating number of repeating units, formed by the structural units represented by the formula (1) and (2), of 1-10000. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
