<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a drawback of a conventional food baking pan made of aluminum-silicone alloy galvanized steel sheet that easily getting damage on a surface and that cannot absorb thermal radiation enough. <P>SOLUTION: A steel plate 1 with an aluminum-silicone-iron alloy surface is formed with a surface 3 made of black gray or black aluminum-silicone-iron alloy which has minute unevenness 4 on a surface.
